For its first edition, our team had the opportunity to attend and present scientific posters at the Quebec Mental Health Conference, which brought together members from the Research Centre of the Institut universitaire en santé mentale de Montréal (Université de Montréal), CERVO (Université Laval), and the Douglas (McGill University).

Two of our students presented their undergraduate projects:

Matt Dal Bianco: Sexually diverse and gender-expansive youth in ACCESS Open Minds: Sociodemographics and severity at presentation to diverse youth mental health service

Sarah Ben-Nouna: Key features of Aire ouverte, Quebec’s provincial initiative of Integrated Youth Services: A Delphi study

McGill University and the Douglas Research Centre are on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the traditional territory of the Kanien'kehá:ka, one of the founding nations of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. We respect the continued connections with the past, present and future in our ongoing relationships with Indigenous and other peoples within Tiohtià:ke/Montréal and across the country.
