Daniel Rabouin

(he/him)
Research Assistant
MSc Molecular Biology

Daniel works on the project MAP-PRO 2 days a week, the 3 other days of the week he works on the SAR-PEP project at the CHUM Research Center. For the MAP-PRO project, Daniel works on the construction of the website, as well as the analysis of a Delphi consultation. He also started to do the longitudinal analysis for the project around family engagement in Montreal and India. When he started as a research assistant/analyst he only had knowledge of biostatistics that he got from his training in Molecular biology/Biotechnology. However, he took a course with the STATA company and quickly became a skilled programmer/data manager. This brought him to the AT HOME / Chez Soi project where he became an asset to the team. He quickly had promotions to finally become the Senior Lead Analyst of the team (Montreal site). He works on longitudinal analysis, non-normal distributions, multiple imputations with chained equations and complex economic analysis. Otherwise, he enjoys doing activities with his daughter, such as going to La Ronde, downhill skiing, skating, laser tag, going to church, and praying with the family.
