Kevin MacDonald

(he/him)
Research Coordinator
MA in Education

Kevin has contributed to various research projects in early psychosis and youth mental health since 2014. He coordinated the India/Canada early psychosis outcomes and family factors project for many years, and was fascinated to learn more about the essential role family members play in their loved-ones’ care, as well as the importance of culture and context in psychiatry. He currently helps the team on multiple projects related to measurement in early psychosis and learning health systems. He loves cycling, cross-country skiing and trail running, and has a well-known passion for hydration.

McGill University and the Douglas Research Centre are on land which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous peoples, including the traditional territory of the Kanien'kehá:ka, one of the founding nations of the Haudenosaunee Confederacy. We respect the continued connections with the past, present and future in our ongoing relationships with Indigenous and other peoples within Tiohtià:ke/Montréal and across the country.
